Ribs, wings, sliders, pigs in a blanket, chips, dips. Too much food overkill at last year's SB, time to go with KISS for a change.

But there is this good steakhouse by us that has a super bowl menu. This is what my wife and I got.

So she put the brakes on a huge menu. Usually I fire up the bullet and smoke ribs, pulled pork and wings, but she'll flip if I leave a mess, so we're going with wings, crock pot pulled pork, stuffed breads, pigs in a blanket and dips.

Whifey bitched that it was too much for the Supper Bowl. Well I'm cooking it, WTF? Game isn't until 6:30 something.

It's going to us 2 and my nephew.

This morning she has a list for me for the grocery store. All sorts of stuff for munchie food. I just buy it. You know better not to.

Anyway, she wanted to make all these appetizers for 3 of us so now I'm the bad guy.

Making Cioppino with crushed SM tomatoes, seafood stock, haddock/halibut or c sea bass, jumbo sea scallops- quartered, Florida red shrimp and some middle neck clams.

Will make some herb bread to go with it. As he is 84, he won't make the second half so the local Irish pub, 500 feet away, the regulars are bringing some stuff so made my cold broccoli salad with bacon and world famous mac and cheese to bring.

My commute to Orlando in the morning will arrive quickly I'm sure.
