Linebackers can and do make a difference. Miles Jack and Jaylon Smith can be two of those.
Jack would be a tough call for me. I get the interest. Great player and he tore a meniscus, not an ACL. But he missed the whole season, and I'm really loathe to use the #10 pick on such a player. But it's probably moot since he's not lucky to be available when we pick. Smith isn't even close. Great player again, but he did tear an ACL and MCL. No way I'd use the #10 pick on him.
