Posluszny was in real danger last year. With a cap-friendly extension and a good season behind him - despite a broken hand in December - it seems weird that he would be in jeopardy this time. Even on the wrong side of 30, he's one of the better players on that defense, and I don't think there's a replacement on the roster.
Freeman is a free agent. I'm talking about players under contract that might be released.

That's a good one, I was thinking he was a OLB, but I see he is list as ILB. Wonder what position he would play in the 4-3.
Ahmad Brooks will probably be released as well, but he's listed at OLB in the 3-4.
It's sad but dont think we'll see him again in the NFL...what a waste of talent
