For my Big Blue buddies. One of the things I do for the league, outside of playing Dr. Watson, to do all the research, is taking the top players at each position & comparing their statistical numbers - both listed & hidden. Here, I took the top ten defensive ends, using DeForest Buckner as the big cheese. Read carefully & if you have any questions, just let me know. Over the next few months, I will be posting the charts to compare "apples & oranges" at each position. Wait until you see the top receiver numbers on Monday. It could make a WR needy team eyeball the veterans a lot more.
Well, enough rambling on, if you like the defensive ends this year, look at this to see who produced;

But anyway I think Buckner has more upside.

Sy-
Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't you speak very highly of Lawson about a month ago? I'm not sure if it was you or Colin, but one of you said he was on par with Bosa?
But anyway I think Buckner has more upside.
Sy, do you expect the Giants view Buckner as a DE or DT? I've heard some suggest he plays too high to put inside?

Physical talent is there, he just scares me. I've seen him take plays off, not hustle to the play away from him, stop before the play is over. Oh and he skipped the senior bowl. I worry about what is between the ears, but I have never met him so what do I know...nothing.
Buckner, yes my biggest fear with him is effort. He did take plays off and I think conditioning was an issue. He rarely was off the field. No excuses though. As of now he will be a top 7 grade for me.
Calhoun...I'm pretty much done on grading him. 3rd/4th rounder for me.

Buckner is likely the NYG target at #10if they want to go DL. Bosa will be gone.

Keith Hamilton. IMO U play him at both. Bigger version of Tuck. He's starting to become one of the guys I hope is there for us at 10
