As for grading teams, I never do that, at least not after the draft. Al Davis & Sid Gillman had a 3-year rule I followed - the first is to play on instincts, the second is to apply what you know & the third is to perform at a high level or you will be competing for a roster spot in the third year.
As for Beckham, I had Sammy Watkins, Beckham, Alan Robinson as my 1-2-3
