Q: How is your rehab coming along? Where are you, what are you able to do and where do you stand as far as being ready for the start of the on-field work?
A: Iím here and everything. Iím pretty much fully healthy and a full-go, so everything is going pretty good.
Q: Is the plan for you to participate in the offseason program fully?
A: Yes, I will be in there fully.
Q: They obviously added the big piece next to you. What did you think when you heard that and what are your expectations with you next to Damon (Harrison)?
A: I was excited that we brought him in. He is well-known around the league as a dominant run stopper and also pushing the pocket, so it is great to have him and I am excited to get to work with him.
Q: Does it excite you when you wake up the first day of free agency and you see your team spent all that money to bring all these guys in?
A: I donít think it is really about the money, it is about bringing the quality of guys that they brought in. All of them contribute and will contribute and it is great to have new teammates and a new look on the defense.
Q: You are entering a contract year now, do you put that out of your mind as you get ready for the year or does that sit in the back of your mind? Do you want to see that taken care of?
A: No, I am focused on the season. [We] are trying to get the ultimate goal of winning the Super Bowl and take it one day at a time, and we just [have to] try to win each game as we begin. I donít really have time to think about the whole contract situation, but we have new guys, a new head coach and a new atmosphere so I am excited about that.
Q: What are any of the new changes that you noticed that may be different from last year? What are a couple of the most significant changes?
A: Really, the only new changes are [that] we have some new guys, we have a new weight room and obviously Coach McAdoo is our new head coach, so I am really trying to get to know him day by day. He was around last year and the past two years, but he really worked with the offense, but I am sure as this year goes on we will mesh and adjust to him.
Q: What do you know about Ben McAdoo? How well do you know him, what do know about him and what do you look forward to learning?
A: I know he is a great coach. I know he is pretty much --- I really like him because of Coach Coughlin because I feel like [McAdoo] learned a lot from him and he is learning and took some things from Coach Coughlin that he is translating in his own way and Ö. (inaudible).
