“Probably the most complaining person I’ve went against is Odell Beckham,” Culliver said. Whatever Beckham has done against Washington, it’s working. Last year, he had 16 catches for 221 yards and two touchdowns in a pair of games against Washington. As a rookie in 2014, he faced Washington once, with 12 catches for 143 yards and three touchdowns. That’s a total, in three career games, of 28 catches, 364 yards, and five touchdowns. So, yeah, he should definitely keep complaining when playing Washington |
Brady complains a lot imo
It's more than him being good. He's a dick. But he's our dick.

Do you actually think before you post?
Which is hilarious because on half the Pats pass patterns i find myself extending my arm out to the TV yelling 'obvious pick play ... why isnt it called?'

Beckham is obviously an unlikable guy. Players go out of their way to call him out. They dont like him.

I'm not sure how to respond to this.

It's more like other players are jealous of the overnight fame, and they talk about him to try to make a name for themselves.
I find him easy to root for save for last year's stuff with Carolina
He backs it up. Deon Sanders used to get the same hate. It's just a switch that he's on the Giants for once.
Da fuck?

really talented people are in the workforce everywhere in the US and people dislike them and force them out because they don't fall in line. It's called flying in formation, one thing that was one of Coughlin's greatest skills but really had trouble with it with specific rosters, then he succumbed to his bosses (Eli) and soon to be Beckham that are the face of the franchise and are paid more. Carefully watch that clip of POTUS bowing to the Saudi Prince. That is what TC was dealing with.
Da fuck?
for you just think of the term "teamwork"
I'm imagining Beckham as an Eagle. He'd be no worse hated than DeSean Jackson and probably not as much as Dez Bryant.
Thanks, Gordon Bombay.
plenty of Defensive players want to knock his head
off . Rather him save that energy for the next play.
and further his career . He has yet to come to terms
with his overnight sensation status and play with
class . One thing to Note is Norman is a total
asswipe that started the fiasco not once but
twice before 10 plays had passed .
Hopefully B-Mac gets his head on straight .
"The word is out on this twerp"
"Another prima donna WR on his way out of the league"
Thats gold Jerry!

"he is our idiot" so let's protect him stuff. One thing I hope McAdoo can achieve is to get these players flying in formation around winning as a team effort and discarding the TC legacy stuff that became "losing" habits and tendencies. Too many "hero" guys to depend on every game in that old model, when what we need are contributions from every player and take turns leading the formation each game for a winning season. You watch any serious fighter jet campaign or even geese migrating they work as a team in a V formation, pulling laggards and problems back into formation.
Thanks, Gordon Bombay.
If theres one thing that really grinds my gears its a non-serious fighter jet campaign. Quit dicking around Mavricm, thats not a Honda Civic...
The guy who traveled.
It's more than him being good. He's a dick. But he's our dick.
Lol seriously? A ton of players seem to love the guy too. Tyrann Mathieu raves about him. Seems like a good guy to me. I definitely see a ton of jealousy from some of these haters he goes up against because Odell gets a ton of national attention.
Honestly, I know I should be more respectful of your opinion, but dude just stop lol. What kind of Giants fan are you for Christ sakes?
Is he young, super talented, and a bit of a prima donna (pre-Madonna?) - sure. And that's why a lot of people have strong opinions about him.
But he's not a bad guy, and he's proven to be a very hard worker too.
Yeah, he's going to have to learn to handle all these people taking shots at him (on and off the field) like a pro soon enough. But we're very very lucky he's on our side

Beckham is a hard guy to root for but I do since he is on the Giants. If he were on the Eagles or Cowboys he would be the most hated player by our fan base
I find him easy to root for save for last year's stuff with Carolina
Oh please he does a lot of the stuff we hated D Jackson for.

Like taunting. Like excessively celebrating. Like being a petulant child.
All I'm saying is we'd hate him on another team and any amount of self-awareness would reveal that. Doesn't mean we can't love him on our team - sports is about that double standard - but at least acknowledge it.
Odell has a lot of whiny bitch tendencies but I've never seen any WR in this league who defenses were forced to be borderline illegally physical against than Odell.
Part of that is because he's not even 6' 200, but it's mainly because he's unstoppable otherwise. If he can learn to keep his composure against physicality and manages to stay healhy, there won't be 5 WRs in history who are known as better than him.

Could you possibly supply us with examples outside of the Seahawks game (which everyone acknowledges was bad) instead of just claiming he does this?

Oh please I'm not going to look at all his catches for examples of behavoir that would piss you off if he was on the eagles. Denying that is disingenuous homerism.
It doesn't really matter that much to me.
- panthers game
- punching a Bills player
- excessive celebrations
- kicking a ball and getting a penalty in the Jets game.
He's a diva. So was Terrell Owens. So was Randy Moss. They like the attention during the game. They like the attention after the play. It doesnt make him a bad person whatsoever, but he is immature. But he also what? 23? I am fine if he matures as the years go on. But is very easy to see why people outside the NY fan base are not infatuated with him.
He's going to be one of the best, if not the best WRs in the NFL for years. He just has to work on a few things - and he will. OBJ's antics are the least of our concerns.

Of course your not, you threw a silly claim out there that has no basis in fact whatsoever, so of course your not going to, basically because you can't.
I hate excessive (but barely legal) celebrations from any player. I think it's cool when a great play is made and the player just hands the ball to the ref. That's saying a LOT by not saying a lot.
