idea of some player "rising fast" as if he has done something extraordinary since the last game that he played that made teams drastically reconsider his worth. He was always where he was on team's boards. He's only rising as far as we know.

Billings being remotely close in comparison to Donald. 2 totally different players. One is a penetrating dt, shooting gaps by using explosive 1st step and quickness, the other is clearly a nose tackle with great strength, who you hope at times can collapse a pocket, but there to stop the run.
