That was a terrible at bat by McCann, Perez just walked two batters in a row, and what does McCann do he swings at the first pitch and grounds into a double play, just awful
Perez stinks

We hammered this guy last year. But this year a little pitcher could throw a gem against this team it really is pathetic

How many men will be on base when Headley gets to the plate? That is your answer...tedious at the plate.
a lot has been on tonight
sinctybldh : 4/27/2016 9:37 pm : link
and he has done jack crap.

The guy has not drove in a run since game 3 of the astro series so over 15 games and he does not have a extra base hit all season. Do you understand that picthers have better offensive numbers then Headley??
Beltran continues to be
section125 : 4/27/2016 10:19 pm : link
an unmitigated disaster in the outfield.
Some hitting bad luck.
section125 : 4/27/2016 10:58 pm : link
Couple of balls ripped right at fielders.

CC pitched a good game.

Arod 3 for 4 single, double and HR

Beltran does not belong in a major league outfield.
Yanks rank 14 out of 15 in offense
nygnyy274 : 4/28/2016 6:36 am : link
13 out of 15 in pitching, Based on that they should have an even worse record then they do at the moment. 20 games would normally be pretty meaningless, however this is exactly how the team played the last few months of last season, there should be reason of concern
Saw this on Twitter
nygnyy274 : 4/28/2016 6:40 am : link
#Yankees have now scored 2 or fewer runs 10 times this season, tied with #Padres for worst in MLB.
It kills me
blueblood'11 : 4/28/2016 7:55 am : link
CC is supposed to be this grizzled veteran but he made two really dumb pitches in two crucial situations where he didn't have to throw a strike and one extremely mind numbing dumb play on a come backer to the mound. Of course this lineup continues to wheeze its way through games.

I see this team going on more losing streak runs then any significant winning streak runs. When you look at them they just don't come close to measuring up to the top tier in this majors.
Another brutal night

The Yankees are on a pace to win about 65 games 1/8 through the season. If they stay at this pace by the half way point they'll be 32-48.

Maybe that's not such a bad thing.

Maybe if they are in last place they would sell at the deadline to add youth for the future. Maybe if the season is miserable enough some of Teix, Ellsbury, McCann, Beltran would waive their no trade if anyone wants them.

Right now the most exciting players to watch for the summer are a High A and Low A. Mateo & Acevedo
Acevedo Fans Nine - ( New Window )
They've already lost 8 games this season
shockeyisthebest8056 : 4/28/2016 12:30 pm : link
in which a Yankee starter gave up 3 runs or LESS.

I completely agree 100%
.237 team batting average
njm : 4/28/2016 4:44 pm : link
Starting pitcher ERA around 5.00 with Tanaka keeping it out of the stratosphere.

It's going to be real ugly.
