is not only the best TE prospect this year, hes one of the best of the last several years. Can block, runs great routes, most LBs wont be able to cover him, and I dont think he had a drop last year. I get if the Giants want to pass on him to mine the awesome DL talent, but hed be a great pick.

I didn't want to have to root against Smith. Hope he gets healthy and is able to play... but now I hope he does little to nothing for Dallas while being healthy.

I wanted Shepard in Blue since this past fall. What a great player, high character guy that plays his tail off. He is Steve Smith (ny) and Cruz combined. Best route runner in the draft, can start immediately. Love this pick!

IMO, top ranked WR was a primary need for Giants in 2016

Maybe in this offense, McAdoo will spread things around and change things up but it certainly didn't work in our old offense. And no Im not defending Jernigan either.
