In order
est1986 : 4/29/2016 8:45 pm : link
Vonn Bell
Kyler Fackrell
Cody Whitehair
Sean Davis
Mackenzie Alexander
Su'a Cravens

Have to admit I'm bummed we couldn't grab Jaylon or Myles but Sterling could be a better pro than both and the odds are actually with him.
Oh shit I forgot about Calhoun
est1986 : 4/29/2016 8:45 pm : link
I like him too

I wonder if NYG views that spot as a need the way I do.

Still have 2 or 3 OGs that could start early too.

Which safety do you like most Sy? Bell's a little smallish no?
I think they definitely
Mike B from JC : 4/29/2016 8:47 pm : link
See a need at fs sy, I think you are correct in your assessment. Fs and olb area mess.
Bell is 5'11 200 lbs.
Mike B from JC : 4/29/2016 8:48 pm : link
Good player
I
AcidTest : 4/29/2016 8:50 pm : link
think if they go safety, it will be Green from Clemson. I’m surprised he’s lasted this long. His speed at that position is unreal.

Any viable true RT's potentially available in the 3rd who could at least push Newhouse?

Shon Coleman

All guys I think NYG will like
Jones off the board
Mike B from JC : 4/29/2016 8:55 pm : link
Fast but smallish
Want/Need OL
JohnVB : 4/29/2016 8:56 pm : link
But that ship has sailed w the talent left.

I'd like to see a FS or DL.
Outside of Whitehair
Mike in NY : 4/29/2016 8:57 pm : link
I don't see an OL standing out

Tons of talent on D

I think what NYG wants for OL can be had in round 4. They should go LB or FS. Maybe DT
Von Bell, Sua Cravens or Bronson Kaufusi
Eric on Li : 4/29/2016 8:57 pm : link
would look mighty nice in blue.
There goes cravens
Mike B from JC : 4/29/2016 8:58 pm : link
Less olb, not good

J.T. breathing a sigh of relief. Giants fans, not so much.
He won't be there, but if he is, I'd love Tyler Boyd, WR, Pittsburgh

.
Fackerell?
Mike B from JC : 4/29/2016 9:01 pm : link
Or one of the fs
The perfect weak side LB
Sy'56 : 4/29/2016 9:02 pm : link

Time for a legacy pick!
TC : 4/29/2016 9:02 pm : link
The Splendid Splinter, Justin Simmons, BC!
We've got to be thinking Best OLineman or FS
Simms11 : 4/29/2016 9:03 pm : link

BleedBlue : 4/29/2016 9:04 pm : link

A lot of poor tape on Hawkins. I want to address the D or trade down. Whitehair is the only OL I like if we stay

Truth be told, with the depth we have for this year, and next years crop of running backs that are supposed to be sensational, I'd much rather wait at this point.

Would love him or Perkins.

Unfortunately i think NYG stays put with their current RBs.

huh are you watching the draft? they just took a WR lol
There
AcidTest : 4/29/2016 9:12 pm : link
goes Whitehair. Guard in the NFL. Better, stronger, version of Pugh. Short arms, but very large hands. Fundamentally sound. Excellent pick by the Bears.
With Whitehair gone
Mike in NY : 4/29/2016 9:12 pm : link
I prefer addressing DL, followed by S and/or trade down. I don't see an OL worth looking at with our third
Safeties are STILL there
Sy'56 : 4/29/2016 9:13 pm : link
.
Some really good talent fits for Gmen hanging in there
Coach Mason : 4/29/2016 9:13 pm : link
DL
Bronson Kaufusi - This years Preston Smith (Size/arm length/strength/triangle # combination Giants love from their DE's- 11 sacks/20 TFLS in 13 games last year, 5 blocked kicks in career too)

Carl Nassib- Excellent measurables and also coming to his own. Giant prototype DE/DT on passing downs hybrid player. Amazing 15.5 sacks last year.

Jonathan Bullard- not as amazing measurables as Kaufusi but pretty darn good across the board as well. Amazing/explosive first step. Not a ton of sacks but coming to his own and quite possibly a double digit sack guy in the pros.

OT/OG
Shon Coleman
Kyle Murphy

RB
Kenneth Dixon- Marshall Faulk lite my favorite RB in this draft outside of EE

TE
Nick Vannett-another potential high level 2 way TE few are talking about

FS (all guys who would complement Collins very well)
Vonn Bell
Sean Davis
Justin Simmons
Green
AcidTest : 4/29/2016 9:14 pm : link
gone. Everybody we were hoping would get to #71 is coming off the board now. He’s fast enough to play CB.
Billings would be great value in the third round

Yes I think OL is out the window
Sy'56 : 4/29/2016 9:14 pm : link
for rd 3.

Gotta look FS, LB, DT.
Coach
Mike in NY : 4/29/2016 9:14 pm : link
Andrew Billings too
Trade?
Mkdaman1818 : 4/29/2016 9:15 pm : link
Do we trade up to try and get vonn bell? He's gotta be going soon I'm guessing

I think Beckham is the most special Giants player since LT. But his talent is going to be totally wasted unless they surround him with some real talent. I'm figuring Cruz is done and will never be the same player. I love Shepard. And I would have loved Boyd. Beckham-Shepard-Boyd would have done more to upgrade this team than anything I can think of (although a great TE could do almost as much to help Beckham as a 3rd WR).

Point remains - you get a once in a decade player like Beckham, you need to spend some resources surrounding him with talent so that he is free to do his thing. LT wouldn't have been LT without Carson and Banks. Same goes for Beckham.
OT Clark is still out there

Justin Simmons, Sean Davis are excellent potential FS, the DE/DT's would be great value at 71 too
If you want that other WR then Caroo is still available.
robbieballs2003 : 4/29/2016 9:17 pm : link
I wouldn't be upset with the pick at all but I doubt they go in that direction.
bye bye
BleedBlue : 4/29/2016 9:18 pm : link
davis
And there goes Davis
dep026 : 4/29/2016 9:18 pm : link
Bell wont last much longer.
