The Giants have some question marks, yes. But they have a realistic shot to have a great team this year.
The secondary is set. Giants have 3 quality corners for the first time in years. Collins will have a much better supporting cast for his sophomore year. At least one of the free safety prospects have to pan out, right?
Defensive line could be dominant. Lots of guys hopefully entering their prime, especially the FA pickups and Hankins. JPP is the wild card.
Linebackers probably good enough if Kennard comes back healthy. Robinson needs to win the MLB job decisively.
Run game should be ok, but not to the right side...
Passing attack should be the strength of this team. If Eli has any time. Can't double Odell if the Giants have any sort of production from Cruz, Shepard, and Vereen, as a group. Eli's had 2 great years under McAdoo. Imagine that with a strong offensive line.
Eli's window is closing. Go for it.

I get the enthusiasm. I just don't see it yet. Remember, this was one of the worst rosters in football the last 2 years. It was never going to get all fixed in one offseason. And it hasn't. Feel free to expect the moon. I would love nothing more. I just don't share your enthusiasm.

LB-unaddressed because robinson is an injur concern and shepard is a 2 down guy
FS-thompson will start day 1 barring injur
WR-shepard is a great pick he is a polished route runner perfect for our offense
OT-davis trade would be HUGE hart and jerry fight out for RG loser and newhouse become depth
CB-three solid ones on roster with guys like wade bennet jackson and mykelle thompson who could potentially add depth
SS-berhe will back up collins who should be better now that he is playing his natural position
DL-vernon is a top tier pass rusher alonside JPP. we get hankins back and add the best run stuffing DT in football, much improved. if we get decent stuff from OO we have a nice rotation with wynn and bromley(i expect billings to be high on giants draft board tomorrow)
