On offense, QB, TB, WR, FB all looks pretty-well set barring injuries. TE and WR should be dramatically improved giving Eli loads of weapons that he lacked last season
Obviously OL needs at least one more legit starting caliber player, somehow, somewhere. Ideally we find a RT, Hart competes with Jerry for starting guard spot with loser as the top G backup, and Newhouse is a 3rd/4th tackle type guy. Just one more starting-caliber guy would make a world of difference for that depth chart.
Defense has a lot more question marks. DL looks pretty well set, especially if Whitlock can make a bigger impact next year as a back-up DT and Bromley can show a bit more as a veteran. The DE quartet should be rock solid. LB is very difficult to predict outside of Kennard being a starter. Ideally Goodson wins a starting job at either MLB or SLB or perhaps Unga makes major strides as he showed promise. If the rookie doesn't win the FS job we are in trouble there, lots of very marginal guys competing otherwise. Strong safety looks to be in pretty good shape, as Collins should be more comfortable playing closer to the box and Behre impressed before injury.
I also think Goodson can and will start at WILL or robinson goes to WILL and goodson starts inside
Also they will keep more CB and D-linemen
