Keep him healthy
Megett type?

Elusive situational RB? Scouts say he has great vision and can make people miss in tight spaces. If this is true he is the Anti-David Wilson.

Excited to see him on the field.
The praise for him seems more than situational.

Seems like he might be a do it all type you can get a couple years of starting from.
More like the anti-Andre Williams

I think this is going to be a huge steal.
he does look a fair bit like Tiki

Tiki wasn't a big bruiser and he didn't have great speed. He just had great instincts and vision, and used them to make defenders miss. Perkins runs the same way. He probably won't play at the same level as Tiki, obviously, but there's a lot to like there.

Not at all like Megett. He is the most complete back they have had here since Tiki. He will be a 3 down back, not a 3rd down/scat back.
I don't think he's as laterally shifty as Megget or as powerful as

Tiki was later. He's more of a subtle move guy to me - a very efficient runner with great vision. And he doesn't get caught from behind. Priest Holmes comes to mind as a comparison, though its been awhile.

TIki also had incredible lower body strength

Any balance too. It's a shame he's soured fans on him so much. He had a stretch that was probably better than any other Giant skill position in history.

Not the first year. Tiki added about 15 lbs. I very much think Perkins is similar to Tiki. Tiki came from UVA at about 190/195 and played at 205/208 after the 1st year. Once he added that weight, mostly legs he was amazing and went from occasional player to every down.
