More than a dozen underclassmen are undecided as to whether to stay in the draft or return to school. Considering the Knicks have no picks this year and very few young players on the roster, we may be a tempting destination for those players that go undrafted. Additionally, the Knicks may be able to get one of these talented guys later in the draft.
SG Isaiah Whitehead of Seton Hall has decided to stay in the draft. Ben Bentil of Providence is staying in the draft.
Nigel Hayes of Wisconsin has decided to go back to school. Josh Hart of Villanova has decided to return to school. Trevon Bluiett of Xavier will return to school as well.
A few guys who must decide by tomorrow (Wednesday):
JAMES BLACKMON (INDIANA)
ISAIAH BRISCOE (KENTUCKY)
DILLON BROOKS (OREGON)
TYLER DORSEY (OREGON)
MARCUS LEE (KENTUCKY)
MALIK NEWMAN (MISSISSIPPI STATE)
CHINANU ONUAKU (LOUISVILLE)
CALEB SWANIGAN (PURDUE)
MELO TRIMBLE (MARYLAND)
TROY WILLIAMS (INDIANA)
