Cecchini 3-4, 2 2b, K (first game since 5/6)
Gilmartin 4.1 innings 10 hits 9 runs 1 walk 3 k's
Goeddel 1 perfect 3 k's (first clean inning of the year-15 games pitched, yikes. Good to see a good outing obviously)
AA

Becerra 1-5, 2 k's
Nido 1-4, 2 k's
Duff 0 innings 4 hits 3 runs 0 walks 0 k's (I only mention him because he's been so bad I predict we hear TJ or something of that nature shortly)
Columbia
Siena 2-4, BB, K
Dash 1-3, HR, BB, K
Mazeika 2-4, BB, 2b, K (Becomes very intriguing if he can remain behind the dish)
Kaczmarski 3-4, HR, 2 k's
Wilson 1-4, HR, K
Church 5 innings 2 hits 1 run (0 earned) 0 walks 9 k's (that's what you call a season debut)
2nd round pick in 2013. Has been awful since day 1. 5.18 era 1.54 whip in 31 games pitched. 9 k's is impressive to see because maybe the most disappointing aspect of him to this point is his inability to miss ANY bats. 11.6 H/9 vs 5.5 K/9
Here's a write up at the time he was drafted.

When do the short-season leagues start?
Is Desmond Lindsay picked for one?
I know he's young, but I would have loved to see him on a full-season roster this year like Columbia.

Lindsay was slated to open in Columbia then had a pretty "bad" concussion which set him back. He's going to be in BK (that could change of course). The season is about 1 month away.

Thanks.
Said Kelly about Rivera: "He swings at everything and hits everything, basically. One of the first basemen last series asked if there was a magnet on his barrel. He's one of those guys, he doesn't ever have to take pitches. He's going to get hits because he can hit from his eyes to his ankles."

Lol
LOL. I swear, there's always a Campbell/Kuhn/Glass/Amundson in all the teams that I support.
