I think that's fair. The judge heard all the "facts" and did very little to side with Heard. It is least sounds like a sketchy story.

But simply because a man hasn't been violent with a woman in the past doesn't mean he isn't capable of it or that any such accusation should be dismissed outright.

To win in the court of opinion. Virtually every notable sports star accused of sexual or domestic violence has a barstool sports crowd in his corner. For someone with a significant female following I doubt the results will be any prettier. Doesn't mean he did it, but the ugly reality is that she is on trial as much as he is.
