has really confused some people. Michael Pineda is unlucky? Bad defense? what defense is there for 31 Home Runs in 210 innings? Where's the bad luck in that? The reason his sabr numbers look like bad luck to the confused is because guys hit rockets off him constantly. He has NO command of the strike zone. Throwing the ball in the middle of the plate over and over is not command and thats what he does.. He's a horrible pitcher and unless he learns a 3rd pitch to change speeds either a change or a real curve ball he'll always be a horrible pitcher.
