have to put up with Campbell and his hefty .185 batting average is a GOOD DAY!!! Loney can't be any worse and with a lifetime average of .285 at least the Mets now have a professional 1st basemen on their roster. I hope Campbell is sent down and I never have to see him in a Met uniform again!!!

I ask myself that same question every time he's in the starting line up. That is a HUGE indictment of the Mets Minor league system in my opinion.

what do Flores and Duda have to do with Campbell starting so many games at 3rd? The guy should not be on a Major league roster period!! Mets dropped the ball in the off season by not retaining Uribe. Campbell over Uribe? Really...

Flores was backing up 3rd, could also have filled in for Duda. He got hurt.
