NFT: So I'm sitting on the porch

My personal sample size is very small.
But my contemporaries easily breakdown between those that quit and those that smoked 'til their unfortunate end.
Another observation is that those that quit in their 30's are still with us.
As I said, just a small sample.

Me too. The other day my wife let out a scream that was so blood curdling I thought she saw a ghost or who knows what. I was so startled I almost shit my pants. So I went running to see what the fuck was going on and there was a thousand legger on the steps to the basement. About halfway down. It was a monster but ehh. It's a bug. Kill it. Step on it. Whatever. Put a leash on it and take it for a walk.

I love my wife but boy when she sees a spider or one of those thousand leggers she loses it.

it's usually easy to catch them and put them outside. And don't get me started on people who kill spiders outside.

I'm with you, i never kill them no matter how much my wife is screaming at me in fear that it will escape and find away to lay eggs in the kids mouths while they sleep. I dont want my kds to have the fear of bugs, so we'll be outside and they'll either try to find and touch bugs or I'll hold one and let them touch it. But always say, leave the spiders alone.

There's a difference between spiders and silverfish, which I presume aremthe "thousand loggers". Spiders don't bother me but silverfish gimme the GD creeps...

Thousand leggers are house centipedes and they can get big.
