I got a few racks of your basic St. Louis Ribs on the pit and a couple of half-chickies ready to go in a little while --- spent the morning making coconut crema custard for creme brulee and coconut macaroons -- and preparing the potatoes for tater salad.
Mrs gidie is chopping the slaw, the sun tea has been out all day, the cooler has lots of ice, and company is on the way...
