as far as your second question, i would imagine its because he's not good enough yet to be in the top 5 of the rotation so he is being used as a long reliever since he's 6th on the totem pole. Similar to how Ivan Nova was being used with the Yankees earlier in the year

I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully some more people chime in so we can get something going. Even just 6-8 people would be fine.

I'm interested but are you basically the GM and the games are simulated or do you play a full 162 game season? How do you coordinate playing each other online?

I know you can send invites right from the schedule and pretty sure you can skip games against CPU but not 100% on that. If we get enough, we can have an ongoing discussion thread

...You play the games, not simulated unless they are never played.

- You can set the format to divisions or round robin.

- Round robin is the way to go with a small group - you can set the season length by deciding how many times each team plays eachother, and the series length. I did one with 12 teams, each team playing eachother in a 3 game series, so it's a 33 game season.

- You can set the schedule to "Open," where all games are available to play, or you can set it so only part of the schedule is open, say 2 series' at a time, and you set a deadline to advance.

- As far as scheduling, I use an app called GroupMe for the league.
