What was found in his home was mostly adult heterosexual porn. There was some other fetish stuff (bondage, chicks with dicks, etc.), and certainly some questionable material depicting juveniles, but nothing that was found was illegal. There was no kiddie porn found by the investigators.
I didn't see anything in the report regarding animal torture. It may have been in reference to what's reported on the website of an image of a person holding a bludgeoned goose. But this radar online site doesn't appear to be any more than a place for tabloid trash.

I've always felt this way as well. It doesn't excuse any of his transgressions as an adult, but I think between all the work and the fact that his father was supposedly a grade A asshole, it's hard to imagine him not being seriously fucked up.

But this one is unique because he isn't a serial killer and he goes into the personality defects that create someone like him. I think that Michael Jackson was an immensely strange individual. My broader point is that I'm not keen to judge him as a child rapist absent evidence that's more compelling than this. I'm wondering why, if the guy likes children sexually, there weren't any pictures that depicted kids sexually? So the guy molests children because he thinks he's untouchable, but none of the pictures he has in his house meet the definition of child porn because - why? You think you're being logical, but you aren't. Physical evidence such as child pornography is much more dangerous than a child talking. Ignoring the fact that eyewitness testimony (much less that of a child's) is the weakest of all evidence, that children are very easy to influence, and that when it comes to sexual assault of their children, parents often times are willfully ignorant- it seems that the parents of these children were also somewhat complicit in what was going on (maybe not blatantly so, but who the hell lets their kid have a sleep-over with a grown ass man?)
Frankly, actually diddling a child is less of a risk than owning child pornography as sad as it sounds.
Regardless- it smells like shit and looks like shit, why the hell do you think we need to taste it to be sure?
