I think Ben Simmons is a once in a generation talent, hell no he's not as good as Lebron coming out but he's better than Wiggins in my opinion.

Cool Tracy McGrady story regarding him almost being traded to Chicago for Pippen during his Draft attached below.

Apparently, he has had knee issues. You know more than I do, but just based on what I read, Baldwin seems like a safer pick. I wonder if they’ll trade Valentine and Butler for Dunn.
I think a bunch of GMs said that in the last 20 minutes.
Lottery talent with injury concerns.
As a Knicks fan I would try to buy a pick to gamble on him
The Littlefinger dude from the Dem debates?
Agreed.

Nets have been making solid selections when they've had picks lately.
Think the celts blew the draft. I don't think they went BPA. They drafted international players because they don't have spots to roster them this year and there was not a good enough player they could get by trading all of them.
Lol
In all seriousness the sixers drafted 3 guys they can start day 1.
Headed to the grizzles. Ooof. Have fun in the D, homes.
Somehow KU got him eligible.

Going 2nd round might be a blessing in disguise for money. He'll get his first real contract in 2 years as opposed to 4. The TV deal cap structure didn't translate for the rookie scale. So even if Davis is a mediocre backup he could be looking at a $40M deal at the minimum

Inform on this scrub the nets essentially traded Thad young for

Projected: Second Round Pick/Undrafted

Shoulda stayed in school. Dude lost millions trying to go early. (So did Richardson, dummy). Penny wise, pound foolish.

Perhaps. But he's already expendable after his first year in a weak draft class. He's gotta play into the team first and not get knocked out the box in the meantime.
Could have stayed in "school" and elevated to a Top 8 or better.
Silliness. Churn and burn by these teams with minimal investment.
Oh, here's your hat. No wait. You got traded. Gimme that shit.

His time may come sooner than you think. If Conley dips they may be in the market for trading Zbo and Gasol.
There's really no incentives to stay in school. You get knocked for not being as young as possible. Not saying he shouldn't have faith in himself but entering as a freshman gives you the allure of a young player which boosts your stock.
Thought GS got him

going in the 2nd round. Wow.

I thought read Pelicans on ESPN. I stepped out of the room for a minute. But maybe they had the next pick.
I'm seeing discrepancies between Woj's reports and ESPNs. Ones mentioning the team that drafted them and the other is showing the team they're traded to. Gonna wait till it's over to figure it out

You were right. Financial consideration? WTF are the Bucks helping out GS? Are they in need of some quick cash? Damn GS get a two way guard to back up another two way guard for cash.
