The high isn't forecast to drop below 95 until next Saturday, when it will go all the way down to 94. 97 tomorrow, 95 for the next three days after that.
When I lived in Arizona, I thought anything up to about 105 was tolerable. 105-110 was hot, and anything over 110 was brutal. You get to a certain point where the lack of humidity doesn't matter anymore. I think the highest temp we had in Yuma when I lived there was 118.
Dew Point 71
Feels like 106
It was a lot more hot and humid the last 4 weeks or so.
We've had late-August style heat for the last week or two now. August could be heinous this year.

Seemingly 75% of the country was in 90's-100's. Last month was the hottest June on record... will July be as well?

You rarely get this kind of humidity in late August.
Pool is 85 degrees.
But it only feels like 112, so... yeah.
But it's a dry heat.

Of course, I walked around the Toledo, OH, zoo with my kids all day Saturday and it hit 99.
Worst I've ever felt was at an INXS concert in Columbia, SC, @1989. Cavernous place, A/C couldn't keep up. Radio said it was 108 outside.
Anyway, where I am NOW it's about 78 with a cool breeze from the Central Air.
Stay safe.
