I thought he was a perfect fit for the eagles. I'm glad he went elsewhere...
from what I read before signing with DET and it was with WAS, I'm pretty sure he wasn't limiting his choices to signing with a contender.
He torched the Giants last year (who didn't), I'd have liked to see him as slot insurance for Cruz, but I get it not being a fit for a variety of reasons.
Has a decent QB to work with and will get looks now that Johnson retired. If he stays healthy I think he'll be very productive. SF was a mess last year and he still made plays.
Disappointed we did not sign him as Cruz insurance. Tough, tough receiver who had impressive stats with an awful QB. I agree I am happy he is not in the division but do not look forward to seeing him against us in Dec.
