They have a article over on Blogging the Boys about the cowboys risk taking with the players they choose and some how in the article seemed to insinuate that Beckham is worse than Randy Gregory.
In any case, their own commenters are laughing at them for bringing Beckham into the article for no apparent reason. On the other hand, there was this:
Quote:
Gregory, Lawrence and McClain suspensions do not affect the offense
and the Cowboys offense is what will win games this season. The defense doesnt have to be even good to win in the regular season.
Romo will be great, Zeke will be great, Dez will be great and the OL will be great.
The wheels are hardly coming off.
The defense doesn't even need to be good! Comical.
If Elliott's as good as advertised and with that OL (overrated, but still top 3 in the NFL), they should be able to control the clock which makes it hard for the other team's offense to establish a rhythm and keeps the Dallas D fresh.
That said, I don't see where that D is getting a pass rush from, especially the first 4 games without Lawrence. Their secondary could be good if Scandrick is 100% and Jones takes a big jump, but they might be covering WRs for a long time.
The defense has to be good enough to get the offense the ball

You can say they are overrated and to some extent I agree. However, find me a better OL in the NFL. They all have holes across the board. I think Dallas is easily number one with Oakland probably being number 2.
The article was "Is the process working?". It was a look at the Dallas roster and if it had "RKG". That's Jason Garrett speak for "the right kind of guy".
The article mentions the suspensions and that it is 3 players that are suspended(McClain & Gregory are really the only bad apples) and the other 50 players are the "RKG" that Garrett looks for.
If you hear the players speak you get that. They are a very close team and have each others back. This is when Beckham was mentioned in the article as an example. It had to do with about how easily Beckham made disparaging comments about his team mates after the Norman debacle.
Beckham was never compared to Gregory. It was about his actions after the game and how you wouldn't see this on Dallas. The best example was last year with Hardy. You never had players coming out to the media saying comments about Hardy's problems. It was handled in house and out of the press. That's the right way to do it.

If you ask me, Dallas is a potential mess and could struggle mightily early in 2016.
I'd love for them to have a 1-3 start due to poor defense while we have a 4-0 start. Skins 2-2 and Eagles 1-3. A great start will be key to our season, especially a great start with a group that stays healthy.
Dallas has a QB in Romo who is a hard sack away from IR. WR Bryant isn't 100% yet. TE Witten is now 34 and will be used to pass protect more this year and to run block more.
So far, 3 Cowboys are suspended on defense for game 1 and camp and its dings and injuries haven't even come up yet. Imagine they lose a DE for game 1? Imagine they lose a LB? Or if Scandrick doesn't rebound for slot CB duty coming off the ACL injury? Dallas is banged up mentally and physically.

Every week in the NFL you have players going at it on the sidelines. The only time you see or hear about it is when it's a high profile team or player, like Dallas and Hardy.
If this had happened let's say in Jacksonville, no one would know or care.
What I was referring to was AFTER the game, in the locker room and press conferences. This is where team issues need to stay in house. This is where Beckham crossed the line in mentioning his team mates publicly.
Teenagers, no. Fucktards, yes.

We are finally healthy and pray we stay that way.
