This Olympic Rower is willing to put her health and cleanliness on the line for America by rowing through shit in Rio.

I was a rower in college and had to train in arguable the most polluted river in the country every morning. If I had an 8am class I didn't have time to go home and shower so I never had any friends in those classes.

Plenty of rowing in America happens in pretty polluted places. I used to be in the Baltimore Rowing Club and our home turf is basically a cesspool.
