There are a few things that I'm most interested in seeing. First and foremost, if Justin Pugh is out, how well will Bobby Hart (who's been getting Pugh's reps with the first team all week) play in his absence? And will any other backup O-Linemen step up their game?
Does Victor Cruz get in the game? I tend to doubt it, and with Geremy Davis most likely out, too, which WRs other than Beckham and Shepard will make their presence known with some positive plays?
Is the D-Line for real? Buffalo's O-Line is better than Miami's, especially in the depth department. They've got some good RBs, too, and Tyrod Taylor is a lot more mobile than Ryan Tannehill. Can OV & Co. stuff the run and contain Taylor?
For our much-maligned LB corps, who starts? Who plays in the sub-packages? Who shines and who doesn't?
The Giants' starting defensive backfield wasn't tested very much against Miami. CBs aside, I'll be keeping an eye on Darian Thompson and Landon Collins, who will most likely feel a bit more heat this week than they felt last week against the Dolphins. We'll see if they rise to the occasion.
So, what's piquing your interest as the Giants head north to take on the Bills?
Then he can be an inspiration to the rest of the practice squad players by bringing in fresh baguettes every monday AM.
The LB corps still has a lot of sorting itself out to do.. will be interesting to see which of Robinson, Sheppard and Brinkley set themselves apart from the others.
I'm assuming Pugh will be out, right?

If he doesn't practice today, I think you can assume that he'll be out.

also interested in the starting Oline if Pugh doesn't play.

I didn't think there was a practice today?
Also tight end (LaCosse, Adams in particular).
How Bobby Hart plays at LG (if he plays there) will hopefully be irrelevant in the regular season.
Darian Thompson and Landon Collins are the regular season starters by default. There's no one else. So not going to worry too much about them.
2. Bobby Hart and Flowers. Let's see Hart in all phases and the pass blocking from Flowers. We already know he can run block.
3. I'd say linebackers yet I'm so used to guys not plugging holes i literally have no idea what to look for anymore. If they make a play it may remind me of what linebackers are supposed to do.
4. All the backup DL and OL. Let's see if there is any NFL depth. Would be nice if a backup dominates a GAP which would indicate he's clearly more talented than a backup.
5. Step aside Jennings and Vereen, let's see the kids really battle it out Sat night.
6. Dabble at WR.
WR/RB while on offense. I want to see our WR in action since last week was useless in that regard.
On D, I am watching the starting safeties very close.
Yeah, I'm in Denver and will see Josh Groban and Sarah Mclachlan...I'll watch on gamepass when the concert is over
Indeed. But there's worrying and there's worrying and I'll pay more attention where there are starter and roster decisions to be made.
DL showed explosive closing speed off the edges, JPP appears to be rejuvenated with OV on the opposite edge. Owa looked excellent, minus the goaline play where he brainfarted and handed the edge to the RB for a TD. Okwara flashed, real long and both athletic and powerful, interested to see if he can push Wynn or made the team as a 5th DE.
I think that's a general theme I'll be looking at.
Hopefully, they keep Harris limited to ST's, and trot out some of the wannabees to see what they can do with Eli...
I'm not sold on Davis.....so it looks like OBj and SS.....that's it....I don't see the WR depth everyone else sees....
2. The # 3 WR. Unknown quantity and the Giants need a dynamic trio not a duo.
3. No negative yardage plays in the running game.
4. Dominance across the board by the 1st string defense.
We know they did some small amount of game planning for Sammy Watkins (you know, the dress rehearsal for the dress rehearsal). Should be interesting to watch how that plays out.
Hard to tell in a PS game, but the Josh Brown situation is McAdoo's first test along those lines. How does this play out in the media and is he able to keep them focused and avoid distractions?
Does a desperate Rex Ryan throw any curves at them, and if so, how do they respond? Can they maintain their composure on the field?
Player wise, a bit of an off list, but here it is:
Darkwa
Tavarres King
Roger Lewis
Jerell Adams
Bobby Hart
Cleary
Shane McDermott
Ereck Flowers
Ereck Flowers
Jay Bromley
Montori Hughes
Romeo Okwara
Keenan Robinson
Goodson
Leon Hall
Darian Thompson
Tom Obarski

Considering the level and sophistication of football he's played until now, and the numbers (out of 90 guys minus 53 on the roster only 10-11 of the 37 remaining players will be selected for the PS) making the PS would be a nice enough start for Dablé's NFL career, non?
Hello !!!!
