Just finished the show last night. Just an incredible show. Right after I finished it, I saw this theory on Eleven and the monster. Makes a lot of sense.
P.S. Don't click if you haven't finished the season
The theory does make sense (I was not aware about the comic book reference).
My one criticism with the theory is that because El saw the monster in the black void trance that it must be a part of her-- we saw her go into that same exact space when she saw the Russian she was training to spy on. I don't think that Russian was a part of her.
speaking of net flix original programs has anyone watched the show "Black Mirror?" -- pretty wild shit. Every episode tells a different story kind of like twilight zone. I like it. Some of the episodes really stay with you.
is because of how the Duffer's talk about her for Season 2 and that they envision this going atleast to Season 3. Eleven doesn't seem like the type of character that will be killed off, so they would have to kill the monster, but not her. I guess that's possible, her getting rid of all the evil that's been perpetuated since she was born, but that would have to be the finale of the series, which means they would be battling this thing for 3+ seasons.
I'm clearly making a lot of assumptions, but I just hope the show continues its awesome run (I think it will).

I just finished S2E1, the one with the car accident. Wild shit. S1E3 was my favorite episode and basically sat back and said, if this is where the world is headed then I don't want to be here anymore, haha. So much of Black Mirror is on the verge of being reality that its scary.
I considered that during the show, but then thought it was a little to

David Cameron would prefer they skipped the first episode.

I absolutely loved this show. I read another interview with the Duffer's yesterday and they said season 2 will be weirder and darker. Cannot wait.
Can't wait for Season 2.
