holy shit, what a ride. Loved how they featured Angela in a small but unbelievably impactful way. Didn't know she'd be dead center of it all, but she is and I love that about her character.
The scene with Dom walking Darlene to the research room was one of the best filmed shots of the entire series, I need to watch it again.
Finally, the after credits with Joey Badass/Leon. So many doors opened with that one, but one closed which was that Mobley and Trenton are not only alive, but together and trying to figure out how to unfuck what they did.
Season 3 is set up to start with zero lag or filler, can't wait.
there's no way that the lie will hold, especially after she dumps him for tyrell.
It will likely end in an unforeseen outcome. This is one of the few shows where I can say that i'm genuinely stumped on its end game and as I result I don't really both trying to figure it out, haha. Just enjoying the ride.
Re: Darlene, given that the FBI had the entire diagram with her in it, and presumably they've had that for a while, why didn't the FBI have surveillance on her earlier?

I think they tried (off screen) which is why they constantly took 3 separate cabs and subways just to move around. She was probably incredibly difficult to tail. They also spent a good chunk of time in Susan Jacobs' apartment when much of this season went down.
Like I have no idea what happened in the final two episodes. I have a habit of watching while I work at night and sometimes miss subtle clues but I am f'in clueless right now.
Is Tyrell real? Is he another personality? Why does he love Elliot? wtf?!?
Could Tyrell really be "in love" with Elliot? They did show in the beginning of the show his willingness to go to great extents to get what he wants (sleeping with the dude admin asst)....
this show is shot and the "feel" of it all, and some interesting stuff happened in the finale, but I was disappointed overall by season 2. They spent way too much time in the prison for the first half of the season and there just wasn't enough time left afterward for the rest of the plot to come together in time.
Glad to see that Tyrell is "real" and I hope we get some nice flashbacks to fill in the time gap with him next season. The purpose of the Angela scene was basically to tell us that she was on board with White Rose and Tyrell right?

I think that's the beauty of the show, its so damn unconventional. Its also got 3 or 4 main plots going on at the same time instead of 1 main plot, with other tertiary plots built in (basically, everything is extremely important).
The reason why I liked the prison aspect is it showcased exactly how Elliot thinks, which is probably the most primary plot, with 5/9 being its fallout.

Seemed like they did it in one take -- which probably means they did a zillion takes to get it right.
