The Giants are being so sly about injuries I was wondering if Jennings can play against the Redskins. One clue to this is if he is out they might make Perkins or Rainey active for the game. I believe they were not active last week.
Inactives have to be declared 1 hour before kickoff.
My suspicions were apparently justified. With Jennings, Thompson & Newhouse out, the Giants' chance of winning is problematical. On the bright side, many Giant bloggers will get their wish to find out whether Hart is better than Newhouse & whether Perkins or Rainey are ready for prime time. Be careful what you wish for. We will find out quickly whether the Giants' roster is deep enough to absorb these injuries. That would be a mark of a good team.
