probably had like half of those! He was zoned in on Eli, that's for sure. Past stats mean nothing however. We have to get our head back in the game and focused for MNF or be humiliated on National TV.
By my count this will be his 6th stadium in those 8 games. Giants stadium, MetLife, Metrodome, university of Minnesota, ford field (when the roof collapsed at the Metrodome and they played there instead) and now this new stadium. So that's 6 different stadiums these two teams have played eachother in since 2007 alone.
I just hope Eli gets half of the love that Chucky has
For two teams meeting in as many stadiums in a decade span? I haven't spent any time on this at all but it's tough to envision a scenario where two franchises met in 6 different venues in a span of 10 seasons. Just going through it in my head, the Giants and Patriots have met in 5 stadiums since 07 (giants stadium, MetLife, Gillette, Arizona and Indy in Super Bowls... Obviously these examples would need to include either multiple neutral site super bowl match ups, stadium changes by both franchises, or unforeseen events thrown in to boot like the Metrodome roof collapse leading to a game in Detroit

Maybe DeOssie? That's kind of an ancient history stat...like remember the time the Giants owned the Eagles...I don't think it will have much bearing on Monday night.
As far as last year Manning and Beckham were it on offense. After the Carolina debacle and the suspension you knew the Giants were going to suck. This may have been the only game I ever went in to expecting the Giants to lose. Even then, they were in the game for the first five minutes!
There are a few teams that haunt Eli and the Giants
I have always felt that they have had aggressive LBs/Safeties that excel in pass coverage (Greenway is one of those guys imo). They seem to overplay on many occasions and jump routes and contest passes like good players should do.
Eli needs to be wary of putting balls up for his guys just to make plays because the Vikings will likely be the one celebrating.
Our WRs/TEs/RBs need to run nice strict routes, come back to balls and secure them. Giants can take this team but clearly will need a better effort than last sunday...
RE: There are a few teams that haunt Eli and the Giants
His stats against the Ravens are awful ("highlighted" by the 0.0 game in 2004) but the Giants did beat Baltimore in 2008 behind a dominant running game.

That was an awesome game...I think the Giants had around 200yds rushing. 2008 was a great season but it ended in such a horrible fashion.
eli did a lot of passing in the '08 game vs ravens
actually eli did a lot of passing to burress and the rbs that game. there was some silly quote from ray lewis saying they prepared for the running game that game even though he was throwing it all over that year to burress and others
500 threads about it the next day.
No comparison to this year's squad. Defense is limited in the secondary but it's Sam Bradford.
If the OL holds up, they'll put up points.
;)
That's crazy !

Then there are the teams he generally haunts: Patriots and Green Bay.
Eli needs to exorcise the demons and the interceptions.

I'd throw in SD as teams that give Eli a hard time, I don't think he's ever beat them actually.
