All mutants are losing their powers slowly over time, I believe. It's why he has scars and he is aging slowly, his powers are far diminished from what they used to be.
the idea of a small story with focus on the characters I think its the direction some of these comic book movies should go in. I just wish they kept the original theme of Old man Logan a world overrun by super villains
I came across the article linked below. The writer makes it sound like the film-makers decided to alter Wolverine's healing powers/slowed aging. Isn't this disingenuous on their part? Isn't it the result of a comic storyline in which this happens to Wolverine? Link - ( New Window )
