UVA's Pep Band was long known for "parodies" that often crossed the line of good taste. I don't particularly get worked up about bands but since you brought it up.
Yet you want to bring up VT's history of not winning a national championship. Whatever makes you feel better. As for the present day, I am very happy with the state of our athletic department. Both Fuente and Buzz Williams seem like good fits. (Say what you want about Buzz's looks; he was a great hire for our program.) I also think we have an AD who properly values the non-revenue sports. Just broke ground on upgrades to the baseball park with more facility upgrades coming. We're still a bit behind but trending in the right direction.
he might be have just been caught with a shot to the orbital while delivering his own punches. Was the fight staged? If it's part of some hazing incident the whole culture is at fault.
There are a lot of hazing incidents which are ignored. Can't applaud or reprimand the kid or family for speaking out or having a lawsuit until all the facts are present. On the flip, can't be blind many hazing incidents deserve a lawsuit and go unreported.
Never a fan of this hazing culture . . . if that was even the case.
The condensed Maryland Giant experience, encompassing the breathtaking scope of opinions he graces us with. I know, it's not nearly as scintillating as the real thing, but perhaps it can nourish your soul through those lean times when he is sadly absent.
If it turns out that it happened the way he says it did, then yeah, that's shitty and people are going to get fired. It sounds pretty far-fetched when there's never been the slightest hint of any of this sort of thing either at UVA in the past or at BYU under Mendenhall. The complaint claims that this is some kind of long standing UVA tradition, but all of the former players who have commented thus far have declared that to be false, and like I said Mike London is just about the last coach on earth I'd suspect of such a thing. The guy's nickname was Coach Mom, after all.
The condensed Greg from LI experience (ha, condensed, how appropriate), encompassing the breathtaking scope of opinions he graces us with. I know, it's not nearly as scintillating as the real thing, but perhaps it can nourish your soul through those very, very, rare times when he is sadly absent and not varnishing his internet resume by attacking others, winning arguments, and attacking everybody that dares challenge is (mostly concocted for effect) "opinions."
(Now, just like the other debate, we can now sit back and watch him go.).
Nice work. That info could indicate a lot yet a broken orbital bone kinda Trumps perceptions a family might be too sensative or whatever.
IMO, this hazing behavior/culture has been going on forever in football. It's not a good thing and not sure why culturally it hasn't been stopped.

Hey, maybe you can sponge some more glory from your daughter and babble about Annapolis some more. That's always a treat.
He will attack anything.
He will never quit.
He must win every argument. Bigly.
The best thing to do is sit back and watch. It's amusing once you figure it out.
Look out below, here he comes with "The Last Word!!!"

The facts will come out one way or another.
