I read somewhere he likes to stay at a .500 record. If he's over .500 he likes to lose a game, if he's under he likes to win the game to get to .500 and keep his name off the hot seat.
Todd Gurley's breakout game I think the Giants win going away! Bagels, Lox and Cream cheese with a pot of coffee will be ready to go by 8:30AM. Earliest for me ever for a Football Sunday morning in the last 25 years!
Ordered everything from Panera. Picking up at 8:20.
Giants at 9:30 am, take a little nap after the game maybe, maybe rake some leaves. Then on to the 1 pm games, some Redzone, then the 4:15 games, then the SNF. What's better than an entire day watching the pro football?
Donald is going to get pressure, he is definitely going to hit Eli, I just hope he holds onto the ball. Getting sacked will happen, the Ravens game was the firs sack on Eli that wasn't also a FF that I can remember.
Talking about it being so early. Out here on the west coast that's how it is every week lol. Now we get a 6:30a game.... luckily I work nights so I'll just be getting off work
I think defensively, we match up very well with them.
I think we have the players to slow down Gurley up front. Keenum has been throwing hot lately, but with the Giants having their full complement of corners going into the game, I think opportunities will be limited for Keenum's passing targets like Britt, Quick and Austin. You have to respect Austin's speed, but DRC has what it takes to stay with him.
Shut down the run, and smother the receivers.
The Rams are without Michael Brockers and Trumaine Johnson. I expect Odell will get a ton of attention, but this could be a big game for Shepard. The Rams are getting back Robert Quinn for this game, and Aaron Donald is always going to be a problem for anyone, and I expect Gregg Williams to really bring pressure against Eli. Look for the screen game to pop off big in this one.
I think the Giants win big, 31-10... and Giants defense returns a TD. Go Giants.

Giants say Odell Beckham, Jr. Is officially active. Now let's see whether injury affects him. Was not a normal pregame for him.

Well, that's reassuring. A game in London, with a rookie coach, a never-ending set of distractions and your best player banged up.
Which, oddly enough is exactly the kind of game this frustratingly inconsistent team would win.
NFL Network showing damning stats on this $200 mil defense
Twickenham is a rugby pitch it'll hold together better than a soccer pitch and the weather has been good. It'll probably be similar to an early season soldier field
It certainly looks decent from my seat a bit bobbly at the sidelines but it held up during the warm ups

At the game. Fun crowd (repeating post from other thread)

WFAN Radio 101.9 (on line or radio) Or Giants.com has it Bob & Carl... It's how I watch every game (Mute TV & Run Giants.com with Bob & Carl over the laptop)
RE: A fully expect another sloppy, undisciplined game
No real idea..
Anyways maybe it's not true
This game is wide open
Sounds good to me.
Go Big Blue!
Let's get the win and hope the Vikes and Lions make it a great Sunday heading into the bye.

Second "Cheers" for giving the Giants road games at neutral sites!

I'm with you on the extra blitzes. Send Collins more often. He is a sure tackler and they won't miss his coverage.
When has this ever happened?

Cut them all!!!!
lose amplified by the fact going into the bye Week.
Hope our Defense dismantles them .

Use the NFL Network app.
I worry about their preparation for a London game.

On both sides, Rams and Giants IMO......which team will capitalize?!
Right, I've got the game on CBS.
Early for beer.
Gonna set an NFL record in 2016
