Penalties just seem

completely arbitrary at this point. Receiver gets smacked before the ball arrives no call: jersey gets tugged make the call. Watching all these games, there is no consistency in games at all.

18 penalties that were accepted. The Colts had 12 penalties for 133 yards. I think 4 flags were declined

Wonder why the ratings are down? Flags (inconsistently thrown), commercials, unsportsmanlike calls (too many) and arbitrary.
