In retrospect, Shane. And I say retrospect because he's probably the best actor on the show and they could have re-written his comic book story line and made him a regular on the show.
That's probably my biggest beef with TWD. They sometimes follow the comic book to a T (lastnight) and other times they just sloppily throw something together. I would have loved to see Shane survive longer.
you can insert any character to be a prisoner and make that storyline work, so I don't buy that as a reason for not killing him. He has history with Negan's #2, but there's no real connection other than that for it to matter in the grand scheme of things. Carl, Michonne, Glenn, etc all would have been viable options for capture.
The brutality was... brutal though... lol. My wife and older daughter were screaming and covering their eyes.
The thing I really found hilarious... they could show such brutally graphic detail in the killings... but on talking dead they muted every single curse word... LOL
Jesus's intro in the comic including handing Abraham and Michonne their butts in a matter of seconds. In the show it will probably be him and Michonne, but the show has made the other right hand men completely useless like Abraham and Tyrese so maybe it is a future character

Completely off topic, but why is it you can show someone's head based in on TV, but you can't have nudity of any kind?
UConn - I agree with you there. Doesn't matter to me if they have 1 Million or 100 Million viewers. I think that premiere is relatively going to be positively received though. I haven't really read reviews for it though but I can't imagine it being that negative.
I remember being upset at the farm season because of how much of a waste of time it was. Now, I honestly don't care what direction they take the show in. I'll be more upset at one sub-par episode of WestWorld than I would in one bad season of TWD.
Flounder, the reviews that I have seen are pretty negative overall.

Agreed.....this show started to suck awhile ago...I only watch because it is still interesting and its a sunk cost.
