a couple of days ago. Collins if playing on an All Pro level and he is definitely top two defensive player on this roster. I'm definitely glad Terry moved up to get this guy.

Collins, Janoris Jenkins, and Justin Pugh are all playing at an all-pro level thus far.
I was fortunate enough to be in London for the game and it was amazing to see the interception and TD in person and screaming "Oh my God! Oh my God! Go! Go! Go!" over and over again! I've re-watched the play several times since then and it doesn't get old. The version in German was great, too.
you don't appreciate having a guy like Collins on your team until he's actually on your team. That athletic big guy that kills offensive players, legally. So great to watch.
He is, by far, the best player on this team right now. He is showing us the player many here thought he was when drafted. He is finally playing the SS position he was drafted to play. Having him play FS last year was probably a waste.

These guys won't get their deserved recognition unless the Giants win some more games.

Collins/Jenkins might if the make enough highlight reel plays (sacks/INTs).
Most OL don't get the recognition they deserved and the few that do often get recognition even if their play drops off. That said, Pugh won't get any unless they start running the ball much better.
He showed a ton of desire on his pick 6. That of course was not the only thing great he did in that game. Like Matt M stated he is performing as his draft hype projected. Kudos to him for working hard and converting his potential to a bona fide reality.

I agree with the rest of your post but the first sentence is wrong. OBJ is by far the best player on the team now, yesterday or tomorrow.
Wentz came back to Earth rather fast after experiencing some pressure and disguised secondary coverage. L Collins should be blitzing (and at times backing off into coverage while showing blitz) early and often.
Another thing I love about Collins is the same thing I loved about Antrel Rolle and, of course, Eli Manning. There are 16s next his "games started" stat.
Give him a center fielder and the secondary takes another jump after already looking great. We miss you K Phillips.
taken a giant step forward this season (no pun intended). Hopefully, he doesn't fall victim to the injury bug that too many young promising DBs have contracted.
Good on him!

Watching him I was thinking it's great to see a first round pick PLAYING like a first round pick. He's becoming a difference maker!

Agreed!! Well deserved honor for Collins

If there ever has been a slam dunk for one of these "player of the whatever" awards, he is it.
No one has?

Collins has been a breath of fresh air...a player making plays.
Fun to watch and he brings the lumber.

He isn't a first round pick.
You could see this from the start of the season.
The Rams game iced the cake.
Like Aaron Donald?
