I am in a three way tie for best record in my league at 5-2. I have a 78 point advantage so I am in first place. The other two teams are husband and wife with the husband being the commish and my cousin. They just tried to make a trade of Allen Hurns and Devonte Freeman for Antonio Brown and Duke Johnson. Someone vetoed the trade, not sure who that is. Is this a fair trade in your opinion and is it fair for husband and wife to make trades? The league for the most part is all cousins and in laws.
I am trading Beckham, who would be a 1st round keeper.
I send:
Beckham
I get one of
Melvin Gordon (9th round keeper)
Devontae Booker (12 round keeper)
and a 2nd round pick
I send:
Beckham
I get one of
Fuller (15th round keeper)
Spencer Ware (11th round keeper)
and a 2nd round pick
If I come in last place it makes zero sense to keep Beckham, since we are only allowed two keepers, but I could simply re-draft Beckham.
Of course if I trade him odds are I would not be able to re-draft him if he's kept with someone else's first round pick, but I'd get a good player regardless.
Picked up Rawls, Starks, Gillesse, and Chris Thompson this week lol so hoping that 1 of them + Mathews can be passable down the stretch.
Luckily my other positions are ok with Brady, Brown, Jones, Cooks, Thomas, Rudolph, and Tucker
Fuller is interesting. He looked pretty good before he got dinged, but ...Can you name one guy that can shut down DeAndre Hopkins? Brock Osweiler.
His value will never be higher so now's the time to deal him if you want to. I'm guessing he comes back down to reality. They've got the Jets and Rams in 2 of the next 3 then end the season against the Ravens, Cardinals, Jets, Bills, and Patriots.
I'm guessing they will be playing from behind in most of these games, and will be up against top defenses is atleast half their remaining games. He will get volume though which is the silver lining but I'd definitely consider selling high.
I pray that my team gets healthy and a stretch run of Shady, Riddick and Lewis in PPR.

They have 3 weeks to activate him or end his season I believe so he's still not out of the woods. Definitely a step in the right direction though.

I repeat, Dion Lewis is practicing in pads today.

I know, but my PPR auction league worked out pretty well this year and I'm hoping one lottery ticket comes in after injuries. I got Julio for $10 less than Odell!
He went through 4 QB's in 2015, he probably wanted some stability and figured roll the dice with Osweiler.
Wouldn't be the first awful QB decision an NFL team has made. or the worst.

I would make that trade.
I'm wondering what the actual protocol is here, from the doctor's end. With this many concussions, is just being symptom free good enough? Such a gray area.
That said, I wish Reed the best, he's a really good football player and one of the few Skins I don't despise.

Says he feels symptom free and only has one more hurdle to clear which is being cleared by a neurologist.

UCONN would you do that rodgers trade above?

I'd just be so paranoid if I was at the point he's at.. he's not too far away from living a seriously impaired life post-football. But I guess some people are just wired differently.
Allen Robinson
Devontae Booker (CJ Anderson out)
Jacquizz Rodgers
Melvin Gordon
Right now I'm running with
RB: Christine Michael, Jacquizz Rodgers
Flex: Devontae Booker
Robinson is just disappointing and Gordon faces the Denver D. Thoughts?

I'm in a similar boat. I have Booker and Gordon. Ingram/Cooks v. Seattle. Benjamin/Stewart v. Arizona. Mathews/Matthews v. Dallas. Will be sitting the Philly guys and picking 2RB/1WR/Flex from the rest. Gordon had 94 yards vs. Denver the first game, but that was in SD and on 27 carries while they killed clock to win.
The guys I have with favorable matchups are Doug Martin (won't play) and Moncrief (might play). Hopkins has a great matchup, but I start him anyway. Probably starting Cooks/Benjamin and Booker and picking between Gordon and Ingram.

PPR 4-3 and knocking on the door of 4th seed. Who should go in RB2 and Flex spot between:

Eash Gordon v Denver, Ingram v Seattle. I'd go with Gordon as he's the 3rd best fantasy RB this year.
I am actually leaning towards Ingram because the Saints are home and Gordon is playing in Denver.

You do you, I think Gordon will get his on the goal line though and could get some checkdown in PPR.
Still working it out. I guess Denver hasn't been anywhere near as strong vs. RBs as Seattle. I'm not PPR and I am much higher on Gordon than Ingram. Ingram is a disappointment that I am not disappointed in because I got him for nothing. I had planned to start Gordon all year. Woodhead going down was a plus, though I felt Gordon would be pushing him out anyway.
Last time that I didn't go with NO at home I missed out on Cooks 173 yard day (23.5), though my gut got me 20.5 from Stewart's return against them. That's a fast track.
Thanks guys, I did the trade, got Rodgers and John Brown for Rivers and Latavius in a 10 team 2 qb, .5 ppr lg
New team:

Thoughts on how to improve? Really would like a better WR3. John Brown and DeSean define boom or bust
I'm sticking to my guns and benching Allen Robinson, starting Cole Beasley in his spot and starting Maquis Lee in a 12 team PPR in OBJ's open spot.
Benching Matt Jones to start Chris Ivory because I feel that the best way to fix a broken QB is to run the ball. No justification for starting Ivory, just a shot in the dark which is why I play the game. Let's go Chris Ivory!
I said the week that Woodhead went down that Gordon became the #2 RB behind Bell for the rest of the year. I wouldn't want anyone else, unfortunately I play in leagues that have owners more experienced than me and couldn't get Gordon for generous offers.
Never sit a top RB, the game plan revolves around him, especially one that catches passes. It also means that the defense is planning on taking away the best weapon, best thing about running your own team, you make the call.
Good luck
Saw that Arc, I have Kelley but couldn't grab Thompson after the 4th week. My other RB option is D'Andre Washington in PPR which isn't inconceivable but between Kelley in London where offense is not prevalent or Washington in a three headed timeshare, now is the time to take a stand with Ivory. He's been sick and has been behind in development, I'm hoping he's in peak game shape for prime time.
from what I was talking about earlier this morning, that's a dropped pass. As mentioned, I don't know what rules the stats guy has to follow but that was a catchable pass by a top tier WR.
Just sayin...
That's a definite " C'Mon Man" post...
and Ty. 6 teams are on bye, got to get creative.
You waited long enough for Brady. He's the best ever, you sit him when he's hurt and not playing or on a bye, otherwise, worry about other positions.
Let me paint an extreme example...
Let's say a team is loaded with RBs but has shit for a TE. The owner wants to trade a healthy LeSean McCoy for a healthy Jordan Reed. On the surface it looks like a bad trade, but the guy giving up McCoy is rounding out his starting lineup and because he has two solid starters already at RB, his weekly point value for the team has increased.
How many teams?
PPR?
Keeper league?
How many RBs started?
Flex?
TE eligible flex?
Point taken and mentioned earlier. Impossible to accurately evaluate trades but value can be assigned to give the person asking some idea of what they are looking at.
I have Brady too but I also have Ryan.. so I'm actually considering starting Ryan but I feel like it'll probably come back to bite me.

My scenario was an example of why you cannot evaluate a trade without understanding both full rosters and the situation.
Who wants to do that without getting paid for it?
One of the guys on Fantasy Live was all in on Tenn. D tonight. I looked at the option but blew it off. Maybe Carolina wakes up this week.
I drafted him in 2 of my leagues and one is a keeper

I am using the TN Def in a fan duel contest right now. One that is just this game and the sunday morning game. I chose them because they were the only true home defense of the two games.
