I have only a couple chapters left, and I don't recommend reading it. Very boring. Very little action, lots and lots and lots of conversations involving dull, wooden characters.
Don't feel like you need to read it to fully enjoy Rogue One.
is to always have both mobile and desktop platforms available, and preferably the mobile platform off it's own network. That way, if you get stuck in a bottle neck on one end you might be able to get around it on the other.
I had issues with the desktop getting through (and then, being deliberately queued forever), but the mobile platform went through the second time I tried. The first I unfortunately lost a good set of seats, but I managed to do OK.
My preferred theater (AMC 34th St) didn't have any show times available (not even sold out, just not showtimes period) for 12/15.
Same here in Port Chester. We typically drive there from Stamford since the theater is much better but they weren't posted for some reason (they had Thursday showing last year for TFA). Going to a closer theater instead but i'm guessing it won't be as nice.

I ended up just settling for opening day tickets (12/16) instead to get my preferred IMAX experience.
Do they have two Star Wars franchises running simultaneously? The one that opened December 2015 and picks up again December 2017 and this "Rogue One" which follows a separate storyline? Are they all connected?
p.s.-- I haven't seen a Star Wars movie since "The Empire Strikes Back" in 1980, I'm just curious. And confused.

They are connected but follow completely new characters. This one takes place after Episode 3 and before 4, where they first steal the plans to the death star.

For IMAX, is it non-3D? Not sure why almost every IMAX theater insists on adding in 3D.

Think youll have to double check your theater, I'm seeing that they do have 2D IMAX showings available on Fandango
