Not at all, but some very similar stats. This article on Behind the Steel Curtain gets jut about everything wrong about the Giants, but the comments from Steelers and Giants fans were really interesting -- and very civil. I'm starting to think the Giants have a real shot at coming home with a win.

Steelers have been held under 20 5 times this year. And they've given up more than 20 6 times.
I actually love the Giants chances in this game. To date, they've done a really good jobs of winning the games they should win - THIS is one of those games.
How long can it last when the Giants are 2nd to last in time of possession? Only the 49ers are ranked lower. It's not like the offense is scoring so quickly. They're actually punting quicker.
Something's gotta give!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He's an amazing player. Elliot and David Johnson are excellent, but Bell is the best RB in football.

Right... and he is deadly catching passes and we all know how well our LBs defend that.
He also is extremely patient running the ball. He lets the O-line setup the blocks and then waits for the LBs to commit to a gap before committing to one himself. This will be one of our biggest challenges on defense because we often struggle here. Because of this, I think Collins plays a critical role in essentially spying on Bell on run plays waiting for him to commit and then attack that gap. The problem is he will by then have gained 2-3 yards already.
The other problem we have is time of possession. We cannot squander drives and opportunities. We need to really focus on plays that move the chains. I don't mind taking a shot down field but last week was way too much and at the wrong times. I also think we need to run the ball but not always when everyone in the stadium is predicting it.
Steelers have better TE's
A lot of the passing yardage can be chalked up to the also very good run defense, which forces opponents to throw more.
I'd personally like to see us do what the Raiders did a few weeks ago with their RBs. They used Crabtree and Cooper to stretch the field and their RBs killed the Texans LBs underneath to the tune of 199 receiving yards and 2 TDs. Those bigger more physical 3-4 LBs got exposed in coverage and were worn down in the 4th quarter as the Raiders scored the final 14 of the game to win. Houston's pass defense is solid across the board and instead of challenging it vertically, the Raiders killed them with their RBs instead of their outstanding WR duo. We could very well do that out of the two TE look too, using Tye and Perkins as those pass catchers down the field.
Obviously this has nothing to do with stats, just food for thought watching these organizations over the years.
It's no coincidence.
