I don't agree with PSU being the "way hotter" team right now. Indiana pissed that game in Bloomington away, the scoreboard shows a 15+ point or whatever it was win, but it was a 4 point game with 3 minutes to go and Indiana had the ball, and that was despite Indiana turning it over 4 times, and I believe 2 of them inside their own 20 yard line.
I hate both teams with a passion, so I don't have a bias towards one or the other, but OSU's resume is just better imo. 1 less loss is a much bigger deal than you're making it out to be.

Lost to OSU in OT, Michigan in Ann Arbor by one score and Penn State by one score.
All 3 were coin flip games. Not saying that Wisconsin should have won any or all, but it's weird that you mention a close win at Iowa but won't bring up the scores of the ones they lost.
