Week 13 is the "My Cause, My Cleats" campaign where players are permitted to wear custom cleats to support their charities. Beckham's are below, and some of the others are in the article linked.
the only way any fan can see them is if they have some type of toe tap reception on the sideline other than that no one can see them unless you’re sitting 50 yard line row 1 and they are sitting on the bench.
If the NFL is trying to bring light to other charities that players and teams support why use shoes rather than the helmet or jersey so people can actually see it?
if any of the players will be supporting The Jay Fund??
Even if you can't tell who a player is supporting during the game, it's articles like these that are bringing the attention to the cleats and the causes and I'm sure the announcers will be talking about them quite a bit throughout each game. Using the cleats as the "billboard" is probably the least distracting way to do it, though one could hardly call the pepto-bismal pink used in Oct anything but distracting. I don't mind the pink awareness, just the shade they generally use.
I'm surprised the NFL even allows this with how uptight they are about everything. The fact that players where unique shoes (brand, style, color variations) anyway and that you can barely see them is exactly the reason it is allowed.
Anyway, it's good if it helps get money to people who help people. If you don't like it then you barely see it anyway.
Flowers is the Good Grief Foundation...is that a Charlie Brown Foundation? LOL... Link - ( New Window )
His charity may be my favorite of what they listed: The Good Grief Foundation works to raise awareness and advocate for grieving children and families to ensure that no child ever has to grieve alone after the loss of a mother, father, brother or sister.

It's a very good Foundation and it's really admirable on his part to support such a foundation.
Wait - a Homer Simpson donut themed Odell Beckham cleat? Â

JackRabbit Foundation...it would appear he just picked a foundation to support that uses his nickname?!

Jenkins' charity is his own foundation. I'll be bleeped if I know what it does, though.

I assume you're just being funny about Good Grief because there is no way you are that dense, especially when the article answers your question.
