In their last 2 meetings Belichick has beaten Fisher by a combined score of 104-7. Lmfao.

The Rams were a real estate investment to him, and he runs it as such.

Said that the owner is losing on purpose to get a new stadium. It is becoming more and more obvious. So, basically, they are the Cleveland Indians in Major League.

Who knows, with a good draft and some luck, maybe they'll be good enough to get to 7-9 next year
So what was the extension
bradshaw44 : 12/4/2016 10:05 am : link
At the beginning of the season?
HaHaHa!!!!!!
okiegiant : 12/4/2016 10:05 am : link
I heard him say after a loss a few weeks ago(Goffs first start maybe?)that his defense was angry and he'd hate to be the next team they played. That team was the Saints last weekend...

I can't believe he hasn't been fired!
Look who his agent is & what his agent's relation is to the Rams' COO.

Here's why Jeff Fisher is not getting fired, will likely get extension - By Bryan Kalbrosky | November 30, 2016 / 3:09 pm ET - ( New Window )
Amazing
gmenatlarge : 12/4/2016 10:27 am : link

One of the NFL's greatest mysteries continues to live on.

Did anyone hear his presser re: this game against NE? He started talking about their RB's and mentioned Danny Woodhead.. who hasn't been there in 3-4 years and Brandon Bolden.. who has touched the football about 5 times all season.

“I’ve been impressed with Brandon and what he’s done out of the backfield,” Fisher said. “You’ve got to deal with him, in addition to Danny. You’ve got playmakers all around, so we have to play sound defense.”
He's gotta have some dirty info on the ownership there

a sex tape, Ponzi scheme, something...otherwise this makes ZERO sense.
Just lose baby!

Fisher has a unique opportunity to put the career loss records

Out of reach. Typically there's an inverse relationship between losing and longevity... When will this ever happen again?

You're not far off the mark.

isn't Fisher on the competition committee?
PaulBlakeTSU : 12/4/2016 1:10 pm : link
I had read somewhere (can't remember) suggesting that having Fisher has coach in STL ostensibly helped Kroenke move the team to LA. If so, I imagine this is a continued symbol of gratitude.
maybe he meant Amendola?
SHO'NUFF : 12/4/2016 1:11 pm : link
Fisher and Marvin Lewis are teflon dons.
In 22 seasons,
Doomster : 12/4/2016 1:16 pm : link
he has had only 6 winning seasons.....173-163......

"Rams coach Jeff Fisher has lost 6 of his last 7 games and is streaking to the top (or is it the bottom) of the NFL record book for most losses in a career. On Sunday, he passed Dallas coach Tom Landry as the second losingest coach in NFL history - although it took Fisher 81 fewer games to get there. It will take two losses to tie Dan Reeves at 165 and three to move past him."

Forgot that Tom Coughlin
Doomster : 12/4/2016 1:21 pm : link
was in the same stratosphere as Fisher and Reeves, as far as win/losses go.....
