Exactly. That is how I felt in the Minny game also. Losing to a quality opponent, on the road, is understandable for a team like this. But, laying down and crapping the bed, especially this late in the season, is not excusable.
Guys were open, the QB missed them all game. The offensive talent isn't very good, but lets not kid ourselves a halfway standard Eli performance put more points on the board.
The int to Donnell was bad. But receivers weren't running open all game. Same thing every loss with some of you. It's called a team loss from eli to number 45.

The play to donnell was so predictable, the D could see it coming. Why is that guy even out there, whenever he is on the field, bad shit happens. That being said we did see the bad Eli today.
I disagree. I think this offense has plenty. I think the offensive gameplan and playcalling, outside of about 3 games during the winning streak, have left a lot to be desired.

this offensive approach and capabilities are not going to beat good teams it is too inconsistent and has many single points of failure when those options are taken away...Beckham shutdown, no running game, Eli pressured into his bad tendencies of forcing footballs to manufacture plays because there is no consequence for ints for franchise paid QBs beyond losing. Really no accountability. 4 seasons of that is enough proof.

Dep, this is the part you don't grasp. Eli HAS TO play well. This offense cannot afford for Eli to have games like this. He has to elevate his play when other areas of the offense are struggling...not play like shit. Great QBs find a way to make lemonade out of lemons. He is NOT doing that. There are too many games where Eli looks like Fitzpatrick, or any of the other bottom tier QBs in this league. We cannot pay a guy this much money to deliver a performance like this. We are better off giving it to three pro bowl linemen and let ANY QB just hand the ball off.
