but if he develops into a good blocking tight end i'll take it. Based on that though, he's no deep threat.

He certainly could have been much closer to catching it. Some guys can't track a deep ball well. I don't think it had to do with athleticism. He either just misplayed it or has an issue tracking deep balls.
