I am tired of these

McAdoo conference calls. It is the same old stuff. The things we did good. We need to block better. We need to do this better. He never says we got our Asses kicked and I plan to make corrections. He never shows any emotion.

It is like our plan was perfect we just did not execute it.
We will stick with our plan. It will work and we will not vary from it

You know who shows...

a ton of emotion in those things? Bill Belichick. Ranting, raving, throwing tables over.
Most coaches trot out the same BS..

Not sure why they bother with these uninformative Q & A's

I realize the NFL is entertainment

but the coaches aren't really entertainers, and it's not their job to entertain us on the conference calls.

Let's compare a coach who is absolutely singular and without peers to a rookie in his first rodeo as the head guy. Great idea. As long as we're comparing them, how did Bill's first head coaching gig go?
Agree

I think after the games, the losing coach should just cry. Sob really. And he should have to wear that suit that didnt fit. And reporters should rub salt in his eyes (in between tears).
BB doesn't have to Mess with him and you end up in Cleveland

like Rex, most of these conference calls are boring snoozefests. We all remember and enjoyed Fassel's "push the chips in the middle of the table" thing, but you have to realize the context. The Giants were in the middle of a late season swoon with back to back blow out losses to the Rams and Lions. Fassel's job was already in trouble at the start of the season and he probably loses his job if he didn't make the playoffs. So he had nothing to lose but go all in to show his confidence in the team, and it worked. And he did it before they played a crap Cardinals team too, so the timing was right.

Forget the Conf. Calls

It's the complete lack of emotion on the sidelines that gets me especially after BS calls and non-calls by the refs. Our WR should not be the one calling the refs out for their biased calls against him, that should be the Coach.
Coaches =Politicians.

They tell us what needs to be done. We already know that.
What they fail to tell us is how they will do what needs to be done.

and he's a terrible coach. Doesn't show the same passion or love for the game as Rex Ryan.

....and yet in his rookie season as HC, has already proven to be a better HC than Rex "I don't care about the offense and my defense stinks" Ryan.

It's been a long time since Rex had his team in the AFC Championships...with a trail of disasters.

McAdoo inherited:
A PK with domestic violence issues
A 21 yr old LT that is consistently rated the lowest LT in the league.
A 30+ yr old WR returning from injury that cannot create space from the defender.
Another WR that has had to be coached to calm down on the field.
Has kept the team together through a 3 game losing streak, to go on an win 6 straight.

...oh, he's also the only HC to beat the #1 team in his conference.

Yeah, lets get rid of this guy.

are useless. They speak in cliches and never address the elephant in the room, as in, it's the 12th game of the season and the offense stinks, because, well it stinks.

Of course they won't do that nor should they. But I do get tired of the same: we'll have to look at the film, we have to get better, it's correctable errors, diatribe we hear after every game.

If you don't have it right by now, you're not going to get it right. We know that, they know that, but you can't say it.
