JPP was dealing with a bad knee. I'm an amateur athlete and I have no medical qualifications whatsover. That said:

I was playing in a softball game, and while running I had a very visable awkward step where I actually tore my hip labrum.

BTW, That was most likely related to compensating for a partial tear of my opposite PCL. 25 people are all looking at me funny and asking if I'm ok.

When everyone else see's something like that, it's generally not good.

Notwithstanding that, he's still good against the run, and that will be pretty important on Sunday.

diagnosis was negative. No idea if that means negative it's torn or negative nothing showed up on an MRI, or ?
