This season still has a quarter left in it AT LEAST, likely more than that.

Think back to week 12 2007, 2011 - there was so much more to come.

Hopefully, Flowers makes you eat your hat.

I look back at 2012-2013 - maybe those horrible O-lines lowered the bar for me, but this line is not the worst. Not even close. I feel like the issues have more to do with scheme and execution than talent.

Then,

I don't know what games you are watching...basically the OL, SUCKS!
You can add 2015 to your list

The run game got going because we were playing meaningless
games at the end .
When we needed to run the ball we couldn't now we suck
even more .

They could play Pugh there and leave newhouse and jerry as the guards.

Why would he be m,oved to right guard when he never played guard in college or NFL? Do you know the different skill set needed to play guard? The Giants offense calls for lineman to pull and trap. Do you think he will be effective doing that.

I am not sure if it meant signing the player, but reportedly the few free agent LTs the Giants spoke to were asked if they could/would adapt to playing at RT. None agreed.

And a lot of the BBI were supporting such a request, as if moving Flowers to RT would somehow deflower him, that the so-called "progress and development" of this second-year player -- who has proved/accomplished very little on the filed -- must be kept continuous and undisturbed.
We Need Speed!

Play Flowers wherever. He is not the problem.

I think the key to the OP was "next season" and I think I agree. Flowers has great strength and good speed but awful technique. I think his skill set would perfect for RG but he would have to be willing and learn the position in the off season. Aquire a new LT and move Flowers.

New guy - Pugh - Richburg - Flowers - Hart

Looks good to me.
If we added 2 things

A big road grating type at RG who could push the line and open some holes for the RBS.
A quality TE who can block as well as being a receiver.
This would go a long way in making things click and should not be to hard to find.
